“How To Open Up Heavens Blessings Over Your Life”
Wanna know an area I got really convicted in years ago when trying to save my marriage and trying to live a more prosperous life?
This scripture right here:
Matthew 23:13 What sorrow awaits you teachers of religious law and you Pharisees. Hypocrites! For you cross land and sea to make one convert, and then you turn that person into twice the child of hell you yourselves are!
What is this saying?
Well there was a time I wanted to dedicate everything I was into God, and I thought putting my family last was what I needed to do, to follow different missions across the world while also building a business from home.
Oh how this is so wrong.
Jesus says in this scripture to not travel to all these places just to convert souls and turn them into hell just as you are. Many are going to all these missionaries just to bring people to Jesus, but that’s not what’s really happening. People do what you do not what you say.
Many people think they are coming to Jesus and then they get up and think they have to go save lives and leave their families behind to do what that pastor is doing to save lives.
This is NOT what God wants for His people.
I’m not saying that you won’t have times of opportunity to go on missionaries, I’m saying that everything has to be a priority first.
You see… most people who want to step out and do big things for God lose a lot of things along the way. They end up putting their family last and 50% of the time many pastors end up in a divorce because they quote unquote are putting God first. Not the way it’s supposed to go. God says to put Him first yes, but next He says to put family a priority. If you can run a successful household, I will make you ruler over more territory.
Many people jump out and go running towards all these things they wanna do for God and leave their families behind.
But if anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for members of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. ~ 1Timothy 5:8
Our first priority is to run our home successfully.
And I will be the first to admit that it’s not always easy to find balance between wanting to build your dreams and spending quality time at home.
However when I began to follow these principles of putting God first, spouse second, family third and work last….. and let God change my heart over time, more harmony developed in our home.
And even though we still faced battles and obstacles, God was always there to successfully see us through.
These were lessons that I have learned from God and how I was able to tap into heavens blessings He had for my life, and you can too.
You Can, You Will & You Must,
